Why do you ask such personal questions when I call to get information over the telephone?
For security reasons we want to make sure we verify your identity. By verifying information that only you know, we can be sure we are speaking the the correct owner of the account.
Are there other ways to verify my identity?
Yes, you can add a personal password to your account that we will ask when calling or stopping into a branch to verify your identity. We can also send a six-digit code to your cell phone for you to repeat back to us when giving us a calling. These are both an additional layer of security we have added to protect your accounts and personal information.
What do I do if my GFA Debit Card is lost or stolen?
You can activate or deactivate your lost or stolen card at any time using the CardValet app or by calling 1.866.948.3403.
What do I do if my GFA Credit Card is lost or stolen?
You can activate or deactivate your lost or stolen credit card by calling 1.855.835.9192.
