Your compliance fee helps cover the enhanced monitoring and oversight required for cannabis and hemp businesses, including transaction monitoring, revenue and expense validation, inspections, and vendor and customer reviews. It also supports our ongoing compliance program and the personalized service of a dedicated concierge banker for your business.

Why do I need to provide invoices and financial statements?

To maintain a safe, compliant, and transparent cannabis banking program, we need to understand the activity taking place within your accounts. That may include requesting contracts, invoices, financial statements, tax returns, or other supporting documentation to help us verify the source and purpose of funds.
